Triware Networld Systems and Intensys Corporation Enter Into Partnership Agreement

Triware Networld Systems (TNS) has entered into a partnership agreement with Intensys Corporation to provide required computer network and support services for the corporation.  The partnership provides a vehicle for TNS to effect service and support requirements for desktop and notebook personal computers (PCs), printing equipment, email and file servers, firewall, corporation web server and networking related products, and information storage and backup.

Mr. Todd E. Rockoff, Ph.D., Chairman and CEO of Intensys Corporation had the following to say about the partnership agreement, “I continue to see in the work of your team that TNS is a strong partner for Intensys.”  He went on to say, “I have really enjoyed working with you and your team, and TNS's involvement to this level gives me great confidence that our IT needs will continue to be well served.”

As a measure of good faith, TNS has entered into a cash/stock option agreement with Intensys Corporation.  It is felt that both participants will benefit from this true partnership and points out the resolve of TNS to contribute to the success of Intensys Corporation.
