Triware Networld Systems today announced the formation of a new California based business venture named Triware Networld Solutions, Inc. (TNSI).

TNSI is being started to meet the needs of potential affiliates who want to start their own Information Technology (IT) consulting business.  In addition, TNSI may assist current businesses that want to develop and enhance their existing IT resources.

Since being started 10 years ago, TNS has successfully developed and implemented strategies and techniques as an independent IT consulting business.  Accordingly, TNS will be the operating model for any new affiliate or existing business that buys into the program.  The strategy is to grow a successful computer network-consulting affiliate that will use that experience; systems, service marks, training, contacts and support of procedures developed by TNS in the past and will continue to be developed and enhanced.

TNSI affiliates will be offered initial software support based on Microsoft products.   In terms of networking, the affiliate is expected to focus mainly on Windows NT and Windows 2000 products in their core competencies area.  TNS will assist by maintaining a “partner” relationship with Microsoft along with hardware vendors such as Hewlett-Packard and Compaq to aid the affiliate in standardizing software and hardware resources in support of their client base.   More importantly, training and materials will be provided to the affiliate on a technological, business and operational level to help make their network consulting business a successful one.  On-going training will be available to refresh and update the knowledge of the affiliate.
