Triware Networld Systems (TNS) has received a letter from Mr. Daniel J. Miller, Vice President, Finance and Operations showing appreciation for the IT service and support work that TNS has performed for their company.

“Photuris is a development stage company in the business of designing, developing and manufacturing optical networking products targeted at Metropolitan Area Networks.   When I was hired and given oversight of (among other things) the Information Technology (IT) area, I was presented with some significant challenges.  Some of these challenges included a complete lack of process, a fundamentally flawed overall system architecture, no plan for scalability and no engineering network.

TNS was hired as the company’s second IT consultant to address the challenges and to put a plan in place for the future.  From day one, TNS showed a commitment to do whatever it took to get the problems resolved.  This included many late nights and weekends.  Not only was there significant knowledge of a wide variety of areas, but there was a professional and systematic approach to solving the problems.
