Qualifications:

3-Year computer network related working experience

Working knowledge of computer network protocols and topologies

Working knowledge of LAN based OS & applications (Windows, NetWare & UNIX)

Working knowledge of LAN based messaging systems (Exchange, GroupWise & Sendmail)

Working knowledge of desktop OS (DOS, Windows, Macintosh, OS/2 & UNIX)

Working knowledge of desktop applications (Microsoft & other popular desktop applications)

4-Year degree required, BS degree in Computer Science / Electronic Engineering preferred

High level computer languages & scripting experience preferred

One of the following certifications required (CCDA, CCDP, CNE, MCSA, RHCE & SCSA)

Responsibilities:

Manage LAN based solution project

Manage design & implementation of LAN based solution project

Manage network, server & client devices installation & service & support

Manage troubleshoot network, server & client devices

Manage telephone & remote service & support

Manage & participate in internal project
