offer 24x7x365 Service & Support Operation Center (SSOC) services to all of our
Maintenance Clients. With SSOC, we can monitor & manage your network real-time
and notify you of any issues. The Agreement also provides telephone hot line
and pager numbers in case of emergence. We visit all of our Level 2-4 Agreement
clients regularly performing preventive maintenance.
