ON-SITE TRAINING

Solution 1:

One client requested us to provide an on-site comprehensive hands-on training session for six of their administrators.

This training was tailored specifically to their on-site environment that provided a familiar and realistic setting.  The familiarity and hands-on orientation were met with extremely positive results, which were felt not possible in an offsite classroom environment.

Besides the familiarity aspect of this training, an immediate benefit was the comprehensive training conducted for all the administrators in one day as opposed to sending all six to a training center for three days.

Solution 2:

Another client requested an on-site training program as Windows 95 was being rolled out.  The training program was to be for its employees - all 1500 of them.

Lesson plans were developed to facilitate the learning process.  Logistic support was coordinated to provide the necessary classroom and employee schedules.  The training sessions greatly eased the adoption of the Windows 95 implementation.

The economic benefit to this organization in allowing TNS to provide in-house instruction for employees was a significant contribution to that company’s bottom line.
